Welcome to STOROVIC’s (“we,” “our,” or “us”) official website (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, purchase of products from us, and all related interactions. By accessing or using the Site, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Site, including browsing, placing orders, or purchasing our products, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes (e.g., to return policies or liability terms), we will notify you via email (if you’ve provided one) or a pop-up notice on the Site at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

2. Eligibility & Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password) and all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or other conduct we deem harmful to the Site or other users.

3. Product Information & Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions

Our products include:

Sports bag: Equipped with a built-in battery to power a purification and deodorizing function. The deodorizing effect depends on factors such as usage frequency, battery charge, and the type/intensity of odors (e.g., moisture).

Clean Pouch: Features specially treated fabric to help reduce odors. Please note: Effectiveness may vary depending on storage duration, the nature of stored items (e.g., dampness, strong odors), and fabric care. This bag is not washable. We disclaim all liability for any damage or issues resulting from cleaning attempts.

We strive to provide accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications, but colors, finishes, or dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing or screen display differences.

3.2 Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors (e.g., typos) at any time. If a pricing error is found after you place an order, we will notify you and offer to either adjust the price or cancel the order (with a full refund if payment was processed).

Products are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock, and will notify you promptly with a full refund.

3.3 Order Acceptance

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer only when we ship the product and send you a shipment confirmation email. Until then, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order (e.g., due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions).

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely and comply with PCI-DSS standards to protect your payment information.

Payment is due at the time of order. If your payment is declined, we may cancel your order or contact you to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, product designs, images, text, and trademarks (e.g., “STOROVIC”), is owned by STOROVIC or our licensors and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.

Our proprietary deodorizing technologies are protected by patents, trademarks, and/or trade secrets. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or replication is strictly prohibited.

You may share product images or descriptions for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you credit STOROVIC and do not alter the content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site to submit false information, including fake reviews or fraudulent orders.

Attempt to access, copy, or reverse-engineer our proprietary deodorizing technologies or Site code.

Use bots, scrapers, or other tools to extract site data (e.g., pricing, product details) without our written permission.

Post or transmit harmful content (e.g., malware, defamatory statements) via the Site or our customer service channels.

7. Disclaimers

Products: Our products are sold strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.While our products are specifically designed to reduce odors, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the deodorizing performance, effectiveness, or results. We specifically disclaim any warranty that our products will achieve complete, permanent, or universal odor elimination. Actual results can and will vary significantly based on numerous factors, such as the type and source of the odor, environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, temperature), application method, dosage, and other variables beyond our control.

Battery Safety: For battery-powered bags, follow all included safety instructions (e.g., avoiding extreme temperatures, proper charging). We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of batteries.

Site Performance: We strive to keep the Site operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may temporarily shut down the Site for maintenance without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or damage to personal property, arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for damages arising from fraud.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STOROVIC, our employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.

Your misuse of our products (e.g., improper use of battery-powered bags leading to injury).

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and STOROVIC agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to pursue claims on a class action basis.

If arbitration is not feasible, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
