STOROVIC guarantees that you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Unconditional returns can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
Conditional returns (e.g., due to defects or missing parts) can be requested within 60 days of the purchase date.
Unconditional Returns: You may return or exchange an item for any reason within 14 days of purchase.
Conditional Returns: For quality issues, shipping errors, or missing accessories, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Fall within the applicable return window (14 or 60 days);
Be free of stains, wear, or user-caused damage;
Be returned with all original packaging and all included accessories;
Include valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
Damage from shipping was not reported within 24 hours of delivery;
The item shows clear signs of use, stains, or physical damage;
The return request is submitted after the return window (14 or 60 days);
Accessories are missing, components are damaged, or packaging is incomplete;
Proof of purchase is invalid, falsified, or tampered with;
The item is tested by STOROVIC and found to be free of manufacturing defects;
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications;
Product labels, serial numbers, or tags have been tampered with.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error, STOROVIC will cover return shipping.
For other reasons (e.g. personal preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product you receive is damaged during shipping, defective, or does not match your order, you must notify STOROVIC Customer Support (support@storovic.com) within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos and order details via email.
Issues not reported within this timeframe will be considered as the product being accepted in good condition upon receipt and will not be treated as a “shipping damage or incorrect item” case. However, customers may still request a return within the 14-day unconditional return period, provided the return meets the unconditional return criteria and conditions.

Your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days, including processing and shipping time—at no additional cost to you. However, customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Key West should reach out to our customer service team for specific shipping details, as delivery times and cost may vary.
If there's a delay shipping your order, you may receive an email with details about it or you can track your order for the latest updates. We understand shipping delays aren’t ideal and we appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your order to you.
If your order is past the shipping timeline and you haven't received any updates by email or through tracking, please email support@storovic.com.
If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a return or replacement, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For items damaged after use, please refer to our website for further guidance on available solutions.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, we recommend waiting 24 hours in case of carrier delays. After this period, contact us with your order details so we can assist. Similarly, if your package arrives but is missing an item, let us know immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Your purchase begins its journey to you as soon as you complete the process. We unfortunately do not have a cancellation window. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be altered.
